MALLY RUTHERFORD

Mally Rutherford, Attorney at Law, is a dedicated and results-driven attorney with a diverse practice that includes civil litigation, domestic violence matters, civil restraining orders, criminal defense, wrongful termination, and dispute resolution. She earned her B.S. in Forensic Science, with minors in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice, from Methodist University in 2017, graduating magna cum laude and a year ahead of schedule. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. She is also an Honors Member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Attorney Rutherford began building her legal experience early, interning with law firms from her first year of college. While in law school, she served as a Merriam-Webster Research Assistant, completed pro bono work through the Senior Law Clinic, and participated in the Campbell Law Mentorship Program. Committed to professional development and supporting others in their legal journeys, she has taken on numerous leadership roles, including peer mentor, group leader, and student ambassador. These experiences reflect her ongoing dedication to mentorship and supporting emerging legal professionals. Attorney Rutherford welcomes opportunities to mentor law students and new attorneys.
