Mally Rutherford, Attorney at law, is an experienced legal professional with over 8 years of experience working in law firms that specialize in Estate Planning, Property Law, Elder Law, Real Estate Law, and Criminal Law. Rutherford graduated Methodist University, magna cum laude, a year early, while earning a B.S. in Forensic Science in 2017. She then earned her Juris Doctorate at Campbell University School of Law in North Carolina in 2021. She has been interning at law firms since her first year of college. During law school, she also worked as a Merriam-Webster Research Assistant; participated in Campbell Law’s Mentorship Program, where she was mentored by Donna Cohen at Cohen Donna R Law Office in Raleigh, North Carolina; and did pro bono work in a Senior Law Clinic. She is an Honors Member of Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society and participated as a peer mentor, group leader, and student ambassador during law school. Attorney Rutherford is licensed to practice law in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
