biography

Earnesta Taylor is a native Virgin Islander and attorney with over 19 years of legal experience. She is licensed in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Texas but is currently serving the legal needs of her clients in the Virgin Islands where she currently resides. Attorney Taylor graduated from the University of Detroit with a Bachelor’s degree and subsequently attended law school at the University of Baltimore School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland. Currently, Attorney Taylor is part of the team of lawyers at the law firm of McChain, Hamm, & St. Jean, LLP. Attorney Taylor’s areas of law practice include, Probate, Health Law, Litigation, Business (formation, mergers, sales and acquisition and contracting) and Employment. Attorney Taylor’s professional memberships include the State Bar of Texas, the Virgin Islands Bar Association and a member of the District Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands. When not serving her clients’ needs, Attorney Taylor enjoys spending time with family, running, hiking, paddle boarding and biking.
